5 Reasons Why You Should Learn Arabic As Your Next Language

G’day all!

Greetings from sunny Cairo.

I’ve been moving around the world on and off for about 12 years now, immersing myself in new cultures and learning different languages.

It’s something I’ve always been really passionate about doing.

But you know after over a decade of travelling the world and living in some pretty exotic places through new languages, I’ve always had one place and one language nearest and dearest to my heart.

No matter where I am in the world or what language I’m currently learning, I always feel something powerful inside me pulling me back here to Egypt and the Arabic language – my first love. Read more here.

As enumerated above, the five reasons are: the Arabic alphabet is really simple to learn, Arab people are some of the easiest people in the world to meet and practice the language with, Arabic has really easy grammar compared to a lot of languages, it’s one of the most relevant and necessary languages today, and lastly there are lots of dialects to choose from – each one as rewarding as the next.

Arabic is the language of Islam

This is something we really need to wrap our heads around to understand how important Arabic is.  All the primary sources are in Arabic.  All our rituals use them.  The understanding of many Islamic concepts go back to what the words originally mean in Arabic.  It is a symbol of Islam, so much, that for much of  history, the Muslims were simply called “the Arabs”, because the world closely related Arabic and Islam together (i.e. that the Muslims are an Arabic-speaking nation). As mentioned earlier, Muslims speak Arabic. Since the world is made up of a large number of our Muslim brother and sisters, then it would actually be nice to learn about their language because in this way, we are going to know more about them as well. How Can Education In A Nursery School Be Fun With Digitisation?

Our world has changed a lot over the years and continues to do so technologically. In this digital era, our lives are very much dependent on technology starting right from the time we wake up to the time we sleep.

You should check out nursery for children singapore if you are serious about your child’s education.

Technology has also deeply impacted our learning. Digital learning has become very common these days, and are introduced into education system such as early as pre-schools and nurseries. Inculcating digitisation as part of the culture in nursery for toddlers helps and promotes fast learning. Giving access to digital media makes the kid feel more connected and allows him/her to have a global exposure.

Advantages Of Digitisation

Considering geographical constraints where traditional methods of schools and learning may not be as accessible, digitisation comes as a saviour with the advent of the ever growing web of internet. Students can easily access information available over the internet and use it to their own advantage.

Moreover, the evolution of touch screen technology has also added to the advantages of digital learning. Prior to this, it was a tad difficult to learn using educational software because it involves the use of other hardware like a keyboard or a mouse.

Advanced artificial intelligence now help teachers track individual progress with much ease and help them assess the students according to their respective strengths or weaknesses.

How Is Digitisation Fun?

Kids today learn how to operate a smart phone before they are well versed with their alphabets and numbers. So introducing digital media in their process of learning not only helps them to have an interactive kid friendly interface but also have an engaging learning through different apps available on the internet. Having the ability to engage in playful learning allows them to be well equipped with the latest skills of critical thinking and communication and also be able to understand and retain concepts with ease and confidence.

With educational and highly engaging apps created for kids, they are now more focused than ever. With the advent of tablets created only for educational purposes, it increases the amount of exposure that a kid gets from the internet and enhances their learning ability and skills. With help from the interactive interface on these digital platforms specifically made for kids, they not only enjoy the different vibrant colors on the screen or the colorful cheerful characters but they are also extremely engaged and focused while learning.

Tips to Communicate with your Playgroup Toddlers

Most of the parents are eager to see their toddler kid all grown up at a very young age, for them it should be made clear that this is impossible. There are certain parents who have no idea how to treat and communicate with their toddler. The situation that they face is almost like a shipwreck in the middle of an ocean. Kids are like flower buds, they need to be taken care of properly so that they can bloom fully when they grow up and to help them grow and be less reliant on their parents, it is the parent’s responsibility to communicate the right things to them and in the right way.

You should check out Playgroup for toddlers Singapore if you are serious about your child’s education.

And to have this concept of communicating with the toddlers clearly, here are some useful tips for you:

• Little kids especially the once in toddlers are merely learning how to speak and they are very good copycats. This nature of the toddlers is both a boon and a curse. For example, if you want them to speak softly, speak to them in whispers and they tend to do the same. But in the other way round, if there is an elderly discussion going on, one should check if the toddler is around because they are very good at recording what their parents say and speak in the same way or in the same language with others.
• Whenever a child misbehaves it is ok to sometimes scold them. But what is seen more effective is a composed way of dealing with them and making them understand that what he or she did was wrong in a soft tone.
• It is impossible for your toddler to follow your instructions like pets. So if you get mad at them and instruct them to go to their room, this act will affect them very badly and moreover, they would be clueless about what to do. So talk to them, open up and let them open up and speak to you.
• Little kids always need a practical demonstration of everything they are taught. They are more prone to art and craft rather than reading or writing. So if you actually want to explain his do’s and don’ts- just involve with the kids in some art and craft and make the toddlers understand properly.

In the playgroup Singapore there are special workshops conducted for parents and guardians to make them aware of how to treat them and communicate with them.

Food Guidelines for Your Preschooler

What Should Your Child Eat?

Mothers often face the problem of wondering if they give their child the right kind of nutrition. As a toddler grows from preschool to playschool, it is essential that they get the right nutrients. Every age has their own diets, based on the requirement and growth of their body. For a mother it is essential that these dietary requirements are met to ensure proper growth and development of the child’s body and mind.

You should check out My Little Campus Preschool if you are serious about your child’s education.

Most mothers are working women where a majority of their time is spent at the office. But this does not imply that they are incapable of taking care of the nutrition requirements of their child. As these toddlers are sent to preschool, mothers are still concerned if their kids receive enough nutrition from the food they eat.

The overall diet of an adult and child is largely similar, it is only the quantity that differs. Vitamins, minerals, carbohydrates, protein and fat are the basic nutrients required in a body. For a pre-schooler here are a few basic guidelines that you can keep track of. Ensure to follow them as much as possible when you pack your kid’s lunchbox.

Grains- Include more whole grains into the diet of your child. Items like whole wheat bread, quinoa, oatmeal and brown rice are great. Try avoiding pasta, bread or products that are from refined grains.

Proteins- Choose lean meat, poultry, soy products and seafood. Add beans, peas and unsalted nuts or seeds to the diet.

Fruits- Include lots of fresh fruits or dry fruits in the diet of your child. It is always better to have cut fruits than juice. If you are giving fruit juice, ensure its 100 percent pure and not the packaged ones in the market. In case of dry fruits always remember one-quarter cup of dry fruit/juice is equal to one cup of fresh fruit/juice. Do not use sugar in the juices.

Vegetables- Add a lot of vegetables to the diet. Add dark leafy greens, orange, red and all the colours of vegetables available in the market. Always try to use the fresh ones rather than the canned version. If you want additional care, try to choose low sodium options or vegetables that have low sodium content.

Dairy- Give your child milk twice a day. If he is allergic try using alternatives such as soy milk or almond milk. Try taking in low-fat milk. If your child is capable of chewing, add cheese and yoghurt to the diet. Remember these few food guidelines for your pre-schooler and he will do fine.

Some of the important things to consider when choosing the right preschool for your children are location, duration, budget, accreditation, values, teaching methods, class size, and many others. One wrong thing could actually affect many things that is why we have to extra careful. Once we found the best school for our chid, the next thing that we have to worry about is how we would handle the first day of preschool. New Age Pregnancy will help us regarding this matter.

Tips for Handling the First Day of Preschool

Whether it’s preschool, primary school or secondary school, every parent has the first-day-of-school jitters – that weird and wonderful mix of anxiety, excitement, anticipation, stress and fear. Perhaps more than the children themselves!

The first day of preschool is definitely a huge milestone in any family, and is especially tough for the mom. Your little baby is growing up, and (you tearfully worry) away from you. Going to school can seem daunting in the logistics involved, the beginning of academic life and the end of those years of total carefree play. There will be new friends made, germs caught and milestones reached where you’re not around.

You may be concerned that your little one will feel abandoned and lost when you leave him in this new environment. As far as possible, do take steps to ease the transition by introducing him to the place in advance and explaining to him what school is like. If your child has never been out of your watch since birth, now might be a good time to leave him with trusted friends or family members for periods of time, so that the first day of school is not the first time he is apart from you. Read more here.

New Age Pregnancy provided us with four simple tips and these are: sleep early, say good bye and go, tell the truth, and trust the teacher. Trusting the teacher is really a big factor because you, your child, and your teacher wouldn’t feel comfortable if you are so worried. A lot of preparation is required and parents must embrace the responsibility attached to it.  This is for our children that is why we have to do our best about it.

The choice of the dress of the big day

Far beyond fashion, the wedding dress remains for the woman the realization of a dream, an exceptional garment for a magical moment, which will have been made especially for her. Besides, is not it on her, the wedding dress, that the haute couture parades end, in apotheosis, triggering the crackling of applause?

Women who have already experienced this magical experience tell half of them that the choice of dress was made instantly on a crush. Others have preferred to tame their dress for a long time and to let themselves, as they try, slowly seduce by it. The time required to choose the dress may also vary for other reasons. For example, if the future wife has her dress made by a designer, she must do it three to six months in advance to give seamstresses time to make it, especially if she gets married in the flow of weddings summer. White is always popular …

The white dress is always on the rise. To marry in white is a tradition that dates back to the early nineteenth century. This immaculate color, which aimed to show the virginity of girls, was an extension of the communion dress. The custom was transmitted until the end of the 60s. It has, despite the vagaries of nuptiality, continued until today.

Beyond forms and materials, it is necessary to visit several stores or designers to find his style. Each of them has his signature and proposes a particular universe. The panoply is so rich, the choice so difficult that women have the habit of training another, usually their mother in their many fittings.

When the dress is finally chosen, the best decision would be … do not buy it right now but come back some time later to try it again one last time and make sure it’s there and not in another that we want to marry the man of his life.

The price of a dress varies according to its place of sale (specialized retail store, designer or designer), its manufacture and its fabric. Very wide the range is between 150 € and more than 800 €. Specialized shops, with the com-modalities of the large circulation, distribute a wide choice of ready-to-wear dresses from one or more brands, as well as an important selection of accessories. The wedding dress costs 700 € on average. … but the color is entering

It is a fact, the wedding dress is most often distinguished by its whiteness, but this did not prevent the color from making a remarkable entrance, brightening the traditional dress. Most often used by buttons in the form of ribbons, flowers, embroidery, lace or pearls, the color can customize the finery and have a certain originality. For a theatrical outfit, dare the full color and according to your complexion and your tastes, opt for strong colors such as burgundy, mordoré, fuchsia, or pastels such as yellow, sky blue, salmon, pink. That day, have fun!

The procession of your wedding

The bride and groom can constitute, if their entourage is propitious, a pretty procession composed of children: nephews, nieces, godchildren, cousins, boyfriends …

and even their own children (3 out of 10 attend their parents’ wedding). To better organize this pleasant ritual, it will be necessary to choose children from 4 to 10 years old, the older ones supervising the small troop. Previously, the grooms will have explained to the children what is expected of them; in general, they assume this role by showing a sense of responsibility and amazing solemnity!

The children of honor are not present for the emotional touch, they have a specific role to play during the ceremony. If two of them open the procession by placing themselves in front of the bride on her father’s arm at the entrance of the church, the others follow behind her to support her train. At the end of the ceremony, we find them before the couple, their little bouquet in hand.

Their outfit is in harmony with that of the bride, but nothing prevents the originality. To get out of the classic smock dress or the frilled shirt, you can choose a bucolic or regional theme: marine costumes, Provençal fabric … For the bridesmaids, very popular in the countries of the country, the it is customary for them to be dressed in identical dresses to accompany the bride to the altar of her new life.

The establishment of the wedding list

The marriage list has its source in a North American tradition very pragmatic to alleviate any material difficulty of young people. In France, where we get married more and more later, often after having lived together, the lists evolve to the extent of the new dreams and needs of the newlyweds.

The marriage list is submitted to suppliers two to four months before the ceremony. The family pays an average of € 80 to € 150, usually less friends. It is therefore a question of thinking of each other’s purchasing power by choosing wedding gifts in a very wide range of prices.

Guests are increasingly inclined to make a financial contribution, but many people like to select a particular wedding gift. We must not neglect the choice of objects even if it is fictitious since the grooms actually buy what they want, at least in department stores. For all intents and purposes, they propose a standard marriage list that corresponds to generally shared needs.

A veritable commercial bonanza, the wedding list has been emulated in boutiques of all styles. Department stores largely occupy the niche but it is also possible to file a wedding list in specialized shops. The interest is to combine his wedding gifts in one or two points of purchase to better manage the variety, to avoid duplicates and wedding gifts of different tastes … but also to take advantage of the small advantage offered by the traders.

Department stores, full services
In general, they all offer a Minitel service or Internet to view and order on the wedding list, free delivery, free parking hours, notices of regular wedding gifts and warranty prices over one year. They offer a whole range of benefits, such as discounts, advance purchase vouchers, gift vouchers, service provision and other advantageous terms from their partners …

The financial bouquet of the newlyweds.
There are classic wedding gifts that feature prominently in all wedding lists. But there is also another way to reward the bride and groom in hard currency and without losing elegance. It involves making payments that will be used to buy financial securities (shares and bonds) under a multi-asset life insurance policy, opened for the occasion. It is a flexible investment that allows you to capitalize savings and later dispose of them in the form of a capital or an annuity. The newlyweds will be able to realize their projects and have, for this, a financial mattress (travel, real estate purchase, retirement project, etc …). Especially since the taxation is soft: beyond 8 years, a levy of 7. 5% on interest, but only after an annual reduction of 9150 € for a married couple. It is also possible to combine this type of contract with a death / disability guarantee that will protect the couple against the vagaries of life.

In smaller but more specialized stores, the future couple has the opportunity to refine their list, especially if their tastes or needs are oriented towards a specific niche: cooking, decoration, furniture, art … and, choice more and more frequent, trip!

Here again, we offer many benefits and welcome gifts. The specialists propose to the couple to file several marriage lists, limiting them to a certain sum, and to link one marriage list to the other once the sum is reached. These are mainly furniture, tableware, leisure, tour operators …

Some brands, present throughout France, have largely confirmed their expertise while continuing to improve their services.

Art galleries are becoming more and more receptive to the possibility of buying a canvas or sculpture through wedding lists. Still need to be sure that the price will be paid by donors, otherwise the couple will supplement and sometimes expensive.

Wedding and party professionals

The happy parents of the couple often take care of the preparations and find themselves in a problem where they have to combine both the ideal place, the unforgettable meal and the perfect atmosphere. In other words, how to organize the party without breaking the bank while having fun?

The place, the schedule, the number of guests , the chosen formula (aperitif followed by a traditional dinner, cocktail …) condition the budget. Contrary to what one might think, the formula of the meal in the restaurant is not the most expensive: the price agreed in advance will be without surprise, and it will remain, the day comes, only to set foot under the table.

The only drawbacks are the time limit (usually 2 in the morning) and the need to pay a “corkage fee” (€ 3 to € 8 per bottle) if you want to bring your own champagne. This right is claimed by the caterer or restaurateur if you bring your own wine or champagne. In exchange, the service provider undertakes to unblock them and serve them to your guests. An exchange of good practices that money … Learn before, because not all do and it can come back quite expensive. It is better to predict it.

Renting a room and using a caterer offer more freedom, but require more effort. All kinds of rooms are thus put on the market of the wedding, which must be visited then book well in advance. They are often equipped with tables and chairs, with kitchen, refrigerators and even utensils. The bride and groom and their families take care of the decoration, the flowers, the orchestra, etc.

The chosen caterer deals with the feast and the material. When the room is empty, the list is impressive: tables, chairs, buffet, tablecloths, napkins, cutlery, plate warmers, tent and floor if the reception takes place in a garden. But most caterers detail every item: the cocktail, the meal, the drinks, the equipment and the staff.

Whatever the caterer, all the refinements are possible, from the theme buffet to exotic fresh fruits and fluo-colored dragees, to the cascade of champagne and the release of live butterflies … as long as there is put the price.

The photographer or the cameraman insure your memory. Better not to rely on a friendly person from the entourage who would offer his services and hire a professional whose style is appropriate. The photographs fix for ever the commitment of the spouses, the emotion and the smiles of an exceptional day that will undoubtedly delight future generations. It remains to find the best, at the height of your budget.

The professional had the advantage of identifying the best angles and lights; he follows the wedding, precedes him at the exit of the church, organizes the shots of group … A visual conductor who works so fast that he will propose the same evening an album of about fifty shots for a cost ranging from € 160 to € 770.

Une idée ingénieuse consiste à poser des appareils jetables sur chacune des tables pour que les invités prennent des photos forcément… originales.

Internet appears, again, very practical. On some sites, your photographer can create the photo album of your wedding whether it is equipped with a conventional or digital camera. With the help of a password, you and your relatives can freely view the photos and order the desired photos with just one click. You can also provide your pictures engraved on a CD-ROM and put them online on a site. From the beginning to the end of the wedding day, the flowers follow the bride and groom. The journey begins with the bouquet of the bride who, according to tradition, must be ordered and offered by her future husband. The bride and groom must find flowers pretty much all the way.

At the town hall:
Bouquets transportable by the florist or a person in charge of the flowers will give a small intimate atmosphere to the civil ceremony.

At the church:
With the consent of the priest, the same person will place bouquets first on the altar, then in two vases on either side of the altar. Finally she will hang small bouquets at the end of the benches with ribbons. The ultimate is the shower of rose petals at the exit of the church.

If you can do without flowers at the town hall and church, it is impossible not to decorate the reception room. The ideal being to put a large bouquet to garnish the buffet, to align centerpieces composed of not too fragrant flowers, including a larger one will garnish the wedding table. Cost: about 40 € to 60 € per centerpiece, about 110 € the bouquet of the buffet.

Three main types of bouquets for your wedding

The discreet bouquet:
A fashionable in the 30s, it accommodates small fragrant flowers such as syringe and muget or other fragile foliage. To reinforce it, one resorts to a meticulous assembly on wire.

The bouquet in cascade:
From the beginning of the XXth century, bouquets went down from the waist to the feet of the brides. Imposing, they consist of gardenias, ferns and intertwined plants in “love knot”.

The bouquet in sheaf:
For several years, this tendency persists. Large sheaves mixed with a mass of foliage that the bride holds with open arms.
